Ms. SG Ngobeni

Ms. Gift Ngobeni is the newly appointed Director Corporate Service at Victor Khanye Local Municipality. She was born on 24 July 1972 at Tzaneen in Nkowankowa Township.
She started her primary school at Bovet Primary School in Alexandra Township. She completed her high school at Bankuna High School in Nkowa-nkowa. Her passion for education drove her to Technikon Northern Transvaal where she completed her National Diploma in Municipal Admin in 1995. Her formal career started in 1996 as a chief Administrative Clerk for Human Science Research Council. In 1997 & 1998 she completed her National Higher Diploma at Technikon South Africa, and BA Honours Public Admin and Management at Rand Afrikaans University respectively. She moved to the national Department of Health in 1998 as a Senior Admin Officer and was promoted to the post of the Corporate Manager at the National Prosecuting Authority in 2002 till she joined the Victor Khanye Local Municipality on 1 August 2009. |
